Bidding suppliers must meet all applicable licensure requirements for each state, the District of Columbia, and the US territories they would furnish a competitively bid Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) item and services to beneficiaries, if awarded a DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program Contract.
