Unfortunately, we cannot allow extensions. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' regulations (42 CFR ยง 414.414(d)(2)(iii)) require bidders to respond to the Notice of Covered Document Review Findings and Required Action no later than 10 business days after the notice was issued.
